Story Of Martin L King Jr The

 Martin Luther king, what an example of courage, tenacity and faith, in human kind and at a time when it seemed like his efforts were futile. He was my original personal hero, before I ever knew that there was more behind his roaring speech.  I wasn't aware of the Lynching, raping and maiming of black people that was prevalent during his time. I can only stand in astonishment and his feat at such a dangerous time.
If he was ever to return and see what he began, wouldn't he be so proud. I am pretty sure most of you know about him, but I will leave you with his famous "I have a dream" speech, and links to some of his books available through many retailers suitable for the very youngest to the very eldest in society.

Racism is not as bad here...hmmm??

      "Racism isn't as bad here as it is over there." This statement, on the surface, suggests that racism in certain countries is either minimal or non-existent compared to others, like the U.S. But this statement itself acknowledges that racism is present. The reality is that racism manifests in different forms, and its subtleties often go unnoticed in certain societies. People may fail to connect the dots, and the result is confusion, even outrage, when Black individuals in these countries call out the systems and rules we have had to demand be put in place. The WST- why so Bold, Defiant?

Since the killing of Mr George Floyd and every other poor black man killed before his time, we see that there have been hordes of WST men, women and unfortunately children, mocking these painful events. Deriding our pain, and almost in no way frightened of losing their jobs, reputation etc. I mean perhaps for the first few Karens, they didn't understand the power of social media and how much backlash would come from their acts of prejudice, but once they realised surely the others would desist, but in actual fact, they seem to have emboldened the rest of the slumbering WST horde that it is nowsafe to emerge and wreak havoc on the oppressed once again.
